Monte Grappa is a massive mount that intertwine history, nature and tradition. It was a protagonist place during World War I and is naturalistically ideal for hiking with some some of the best takeoffs for hang gliding and paragliding among destinations in the world. The mountain is also marked by trenches, tunnels and emplacements remnants of World War I.
Once you reach the top of Mount Grappa is possible to visit the War Memorial, monument dedicated to fallen soldiers designed and built by the fascist regime. It aim at the exaltation of heroism, sacrifice, death in battle.
